Industrial Series

A vintage tool with beautiful pitting and patina mounted on a piece of pine. The piece is graceful - the pliers lie on a slight angle.  The natural occurring stripes and curved lines in the pine all contribute to a striking, modern piece.

The metal has been lacquered and the pine has been hand sanded to a very fine finish then sealed with a water-based sealant. Two keyholes have been routed on the back. Screws and anchors are provided for easy, durable hanging.
